1) Create a Gmail account (skip this if you already have one).
2) Log on to your account.
3) At the top left corner, click on the tab "documents".
4) Go to the "Create new" drop down menu and select "Collection". Name your collection: "First name + Last initial-IS2". Ex: SofiaA-IS2".
5) Now you should have a science collection (or folder) listed in your left menu.
6) Click on the arrow at the end of your collection tab and select "share" and "sharing settings"
7) A small screen will open. In the area called "add people" type: fsilvachapel@gmail.com
8) Great! Now everything in this folder will be visible to me! From now on you will add all your work to this folder and make sure your sharing settings are correct.
9) Go to popplet now. Log in. Create a popplet called "Animals". This is the title of the first box also.
10) Your job is to create a popplet with the basic characteristics of each of the following invertebrate groups: Porifera, Cnidaria, Platyhelminthe, Anellida, Mollusca, Arthropoda. Feel free to use your notes and the internet to research.
11) Add basic characteristics of each group, a picture of a good representative, and make relevant connections. When you're done, go to Export and choose save your popplet as PDF.
12) Go back to your Goggle Docs account. Click on "upload" and find the popplet saved as pdf. Wait for it to be uploaded.
13) Once it appears on your doc list, click on the "action" button and select "organize". Choose to place the document in your brand new collection folder.
14) I should be able to see your folder and the popplet inside it.
15) You're done!!! Great job!
