Question: Do you think you have a healthy diet? What kind of nutrients do you normally eat? What should you eat more? What should you stop eating (or eat less)?

  1. i think i have an ok diet. for breakfast i eat bread with cream cheese. for break i eat a cereal bar or sometimes pao de queijo. for lunch i eat what is at school and sometimes the dessert. for dinner i eat chicken or beef, rice and beans, and sometimes salad with that. i think i should stop eating lollipops and eat more vegetables.

  2. i think i have an ok diet. for breakfast i eat watever i find, normally not much because i always wake up late, at school I eat what what is at school, but I almost never take dessert. For dinner I eat chicken, or a sandwich or just a piece of fruit. I should eat more vegetables (HATE ´EM) and i should stop eating mentos/sugar at school.

I think that I do eat a balanced diet everyday. for breakfast, i normally eat: eggs, toast, fruit and yogurt, and sometimes a pancake or a waffle. during break time at school, i either eat a cookie or a croissant. for lunch, i eat whatever there is, unless i don't like it, and I sometimes eat the dessert as well. Then, I always eat a snack after school, which is usually chips, or a Subway sandwich. for sinner, I always have rice, lentils, meat/chicken/fish, and broccoli, and then I have dessert which is usually ice cream or a candy bar. I think I should stop having chips, soda, and some sugar I might be eating at school or after dinner.

  5. I think that I have a relitavely healthy diet, exept for the fact that I dont eat breakfast (since im not hungry in the mornings). For lunch and dinner I eat a lot of fish, beans, and nuts because im a vegitarian. I also drink lots of water and take a vitamin pill every morning. One thing that I think I should eat less is dairy products because im lactose-intolerant, and eating a lot could be bad for me.

  6. I think I have a pretty healthy diet. For breakfast I usually have toast and a cup of milk. For lunch, whatever they serve at school. For dinner i usually have some chicken or whatever my mom makes. I also have a few snacks in between. I think I have alot of carbs in my diet and i could eat less candy.

  7. I think i have a balanced diet, I always have a natural fruit juice not the ones that are artificial, some cereals, some fruit, and sometimes coffee. For lunch what the schools feeds and for dinner I have some beef with rice, chicken, pasta, it always changes, never the same.

  8. I think I have a balanced diet because I eat fruits in the morning and vegetables during lunch and dinner. I try not to eat too much sweets at night because my doctor told me it wasn't healthy, but sometimes at sleepovers and parties it's hard not to do so. I think I should eat more vegetables during dinner. I think i should stop eating a bit of chocolate and candy.

  9. I think my diet is good but not balanced. I always do my best to eat fruits and vegies but most of the time I end up eatting chocolate or soda. I also love tomato and strawberry so i eat freuits and veggies every day. I think i should stars eating less candies and soda.

  10. i think i dont have a good diet because i stay to much time without eating and i eat a lot of lipids during the holidays and dont eat the vitamins, carbs and minerals needed.

  11. I think I ain't having a good diet because I eat food irregularly. I normally eat rice and beans, in my house and school. I should start eating less of snacks such as lollipops, chocolates, and etc.

  12. I think I am having a good diet... in lunch or in dinner I eat carbohydrates and/or ptoteins every day. My breakfast is also healthy, but sometimes at night I eat some chocolate. I sould avoid that and eat a little bit only during weekend.

  13. I think I have an ok diet like the others said, but it could be better. For breakfast I eat bread and sometimes banana. In break I eat a cookie or a cereal bar. For lunch I eat whatever the school has, and if I don`t like it I get chicken. For dinner I eat rice, beans, chicken or meat like Giovanna said. I think I should eat less chocolate and less ice-cream because I love ice-cream after dinner, though it`s not healthy. And I should stop eating sweets like the ones Erika brings to school hehe. And I should eat vegetables and salad though I don`t like salad. And I only like vegetables like brocolli.

  14. I think i have a good diet. Usually, i eat chocolate milk for breakfast. For lunch, i eat whatever the school is serving on that particular date. When i come home, i eat a small snack consisting of milk and bread. And then for dinner, i eat salad, rice, beans, meat, and a side dish. I like to eat sweets a lot, and i think i should stop. I think i need to eat more vegetables.

  15. I think I have a fine diet. I eat rice every meals, or sometimes, other carbohydrates like bread. I try to drink milk everyday. I think I neet to eat less snacks, because I think I am eating too much.

  16. Even Though i like lots of junk food, i still think that my diet is good. I like to eat rica and beans, lots of proteins and carbohydreates.i think i should eat more fish because i just like the japonish fish and i eat too much fried things, i should eat less.

  17. i eat a lot but acording to my made i have a mouth of a saint everything she puts on the table i eat, i think i eat some times to much junk things and drink to much soda but i am stoping, i think i have to drink more water because i have suco de limao every day at night and to much is not good( the juice is very good) i think i havea preaty good diet.

  19. I think that I eat fine, (exept for the people in my lunch table!) ahahah I'm not exactly the breakfast fan, but sometimes my mother forces me to eat it, so I kinda have to. In break is when i have my "official" breakfast, wich is a crusan how ever you spell it, of ham and cheese. Then for lunch I think that I eat fine, just that exept sometimes I eat very little because I'm just not hungry. At home I eat fine, just cute most of the carohydrates like pasta, too much rice, or just like too much bread, beacuse that makes me sick( simpy don't like it that much). In general I think I eat fine.
